If you are seeking coaching services, I provide additional support through Shivelight Coaching LLC. Coaching can be facilitated across state lines and is different from counseling in that it is present focused and does not hinge on a clinical diagnosis.

Out-of-Pocket Rates
Individual Therapy • $125 / 50 minute therapeutic hr
Partner Therapy • $150 / 50 minute therapeutic hr
Supervision • $100 / 50 minute therapeutic hr
Standard 60 minute sessions (50 minute therapeutic hour with time for wrap up and scheduling).
Appointments available Monday through Wednesday.
